Its two stops away from where I live (Brooklyn heights – which is like Glebe in Sydney) and I’d buy there if I had the cash for a whole house….but wouldn’t rent there.
BTW….here is the before so you can see how much work Dixon did since they purchased for $1.6m (eg a lot)
