    Hi All,

    I’m starting out in the property investing with my first commercial investment.
    I trying to build a well experienced team around me.
    Does anyone have any positive feedback for a commercial mortgage broker and a commercial lawyer that is based in Perth?

    Hiya,

    When I was living in Perth I was using @cjaysa in Adelaide from these forums. For these sorts of things you really ought to use the best in the country regardless of where they are. You’d need to email your documents back and forth anyway.

    Depending on the security type maximum loan could be between 65-80%. (Even 100% in certain cases)

    Lots of variances but nothing an average Broker couldn’t do.

    We do Commercial deals all the time.
