    Just got referred to quietlistings.com.au by a colleague in Brisbane. Has anyone joined or is planning to? ALso, are there other consolidated and exclusive portals like this I can join?

    You can always contact real estate agents in the area you are pursuing and make known you are looking to invest. As an agent, I run a database of people I know keen to invest and always contact them as soon as a property is listed. This works particularly well for private treaty sales :) – which admittedly are more prevalent in my location.
