    Hi there,

We just sold our PPR for $1.15 million and it was only a 2 bedroom in Richmond. We were very pleased with the result. We are living here for 90 days more until settlement.

A week later a couple of our neighbors just brought around a flyer that the agent has letter dropped all over Richmond saying:

    SOLD! (PROPERTY ADDRESS)
    $1,150,000
    NO PARKING
    Bathroom at REAR
(PHOTOGRAPHS OF OUTSIDE AND INSIDE of our house)

Strong market and buyers awaiting to buy! etc etc

My wife is upset as a) all our friends know about it now, b) pictures of our house all over town and c) the wording acts like it wasn’t worth it (REAR bathroom, NO PARKING). She is embarrassed and P’d off. We worked very hard to present it immaculately. We never gave permission.

Are they allowed to do this?
    Its a big name agent.
    Thanks
    Jon
