Any suggestion of good conveyancer / lawyer and building surveyor in Brisbane? There are a lot on google, but not sure the good and the bad ones.

    Many thanks,

http://www.certuslegal.com.au/ <- majority of my clients have been using Certus, I’ve found them to be a pretty reasonable bunch to work with from my perspective.

Knisco Development Solutions in Newstead have a fantastic building surveying team although they don’t deal with small scale residential (single detached dwellings) – only commercial and multi-res.

Certus and Rivercity seem to do a good job.

    Cheers
