Hi all,

I am from NSW looking for positive cashflow properties and considering Moree.

Can someone provide some info on this area. Looks like some excellent yields here. I have a few questions I was hoping someone could assist with who has experience (or has invested in the area ideally).

> Is it a relatively ‘hands off’ investment in this area, although there is some housing commission/low socio economic in the area
> Are there ‘flood free’ areas and is it likely to be affected be floods
> Is industry/population likely to grow or stay the same
> Would it be easy enough to sell the property in the future for a reasonable price (though my main goal is positive cashflow), want to keep options open in case I decide to sell later
