Recommendation for Good Property Solicitor North Brisbane

Can anyone recommend a good conveyancing solicitor Brisbane north? My mum needs some good advice. She has her home on the market (no buyers yet) but has found a good property to buy now. She is a pensioner and doesn’t really want to end up with a mortgage. So she needs to structure the contract to buy conditional upon sale of her home. She may also want to discuss bridging type fund for short term if needed. Please help, she’s looking Saturday!
