    Congrats!! Are you going to develop it as a turnkey project or going to flog it with the DA in place?

    Hi Scott – the plan is to negotiate a lease with a tenant – build it to their finish specs – and keep it as a going concern. There is a screaming big billboard on the highway and a listing on allhomes.
