Self Managed property website

Hi,
Just thought I would pass on a website that I have started using (last couple of months) with great success. Because I live close to my investment property I thought that I would try my hand at self managing so that I can save a few dollars on the realestate fees.

After a bit of searching I found http://www.shortcuthome.com.au – I have found it great! They helped me list my property in Realestate.com – because you have to be an agent to list there – the property was rented out within a couple of weeks and they have also helped me with insurance etc.

Would highly recommend if anyone is thinking of self managing a property!!
