    Hi,
    I am considering renting out a property privately and have come across the following website – http://www.shortcuthome.com.au – they seem pretty good and they seem to have a lot of support and tools available – but I am still just a bit uncertain.

    Has anyone used this site or one similar?

    Do you have any feedback on the success?

    Hi Jessie never heard of ti but WAS interested in their landlords insurance link http://www.rentcover.com.au
    Way cheaper than nrma

    I use Landlords Choice with great results. They have all the paperwork etc that you need. $199
