    Hi,

    I’m new to investing and being from Sydney not very familiar with Brisbane. Am considering buying a 3 BR plus study , 2.5 t/b, one garage townhouse in McDowall for $ 460,000. Just wondering if this is reasonable and whether the area has good growth prospects?

    Am also considering a similar 3 BR, 2 t/b, 2 garage townhouse in Albany Creek for $ 460,000, and wondering which has better growth prospects, McDowall or Albany Creek?
