New Forum section for Self Managed Super Funds?

I am wondering if perhaps it is warranted to have a new forum section specifically for discussions relating to SMSFs? As to whether it makes sense to sit it under “Property Investing” or “Getting Technical” doesn’t really matter. However because the financing, deposits, and types of property you can buy is reasonably different in super compared to what you can just steam right ahead and do outside of super, it occurred to me it might be nice to quarantine the discussions in their own forum zone for the purposes of clarity and separation of thought. It’s such a great little opportunity to acquire property in super it also might be nice to shine the torch on it a little more by giving it its own forum section.
