Mentors WANTED

Hi everyone

I am new to the site and been reading a lot of the forums and found some really useful info its amazing how much you think you know then the more you read the more you find out that you really don’t know much at all. Jack of all trades specialist at none pretty much describes me to a tee.

As I am only starting out and looking to get into my first property in the new year I was really wanting to find some people who would be interested in sharing their experience in property investing with me on a more one on one level.

I look at the next few years as my property investment apprenticeship and if one thing I have learnt over the years its that hands on experience and learning from those who have done it successfully before is this best way to go. I am looking to build a team that will help me achieve my property investing goals and I believe good mentors are a vital part of this.

You don’t have to be an expert in your field or have 200 properties to give me some advice I would love to hear your story of how you started where you are now and where you see yourself in the future. And of course any of the mistakes and lessons you have learnt along the way.

I live in Perth so any Perth investors it would be great to hear from you in particular as that is where I will be looking to start out. Also if you wanted a free lunch or coffee I would be more than happy to catch up with you and you could share some of you knowledge with me face to face.

Some of the more specific areas I would be interested in knowing a lot more about at the moment are:

Family trusts
Finance
Private investors
structuring of loans
Renovating
Where you see the current market at the moment and where you think the best area’s to capitalise in are
