    Hi All,

    I need help!
    I got my house tenanted this month in Brisbane and advise property manager to keep electricity account on our name and will charge tenants for their usages. Which was accepted. But just got my final bill from electricity provider which means tenants have changed to their name. And I don’t know if that can be reversed to my previous tariff as it wasn’t meant to be this way.
    We have also kept our rent low as electricity rebate was not included.

    Please help if someone have experienced similar or know about this.

    This is the joy of having a property manager. Go back to them and point out what has happened and that it is within the lease agreement.
