Thought I would share my landscaping/ renovating experience with you all.
I bought the below property for 205k a deceased estate the hunter area last september . After some earthworks painting the
interior adding blinds and cheap carpet i managed to add 20k in two months and was able to refinance .At the time it was the hardest thing i had done in my life dedicating 8 weeks of non stop work whilst working a 42.5
working week as a casual employee ( no time off or fired ) at times i broke down and wondered why i bought the place
but in the end pulled through alright .The garage has a toilet shower and walk in cupboard , have plans of turning into granny flat renting with property for $310
