I am sure I am a little too late but until recently I worked for Yale for a few weeks before running as far away from them as I could.
Avoid at all costs! I found them to be very dodgy, unprofessional and forceful. The phrase ‘they don’t know they need us but we’ll make them need us’ was very disturbing. They were also asking us to tell the clients ‘the attractive truth’.
I now want to warn people that they aren’t as great as the membership consultant says they are. Once they have left your home, you will never see them again so you never have one point of contact.Be very mindful and aware of what they are promising. It’s very misleading.
