    Hi everyone
I’m after some advise about qualifications in property development as I hate my job & would love to follow my child hood dreams, change careers & become a successful property developer
I’m 29 yrs old with a trade background (fitter & turner), worked in heavy industry & mining since I was 16. I’ve worked very hard & currently have 4 IP’s, 2 being houses which I have fully renovated, 1 a townhouse & 1 an old house on a large block which I plan on doing a dual occupancy in future. All IP’s are currently neutral geared. I know that I could sell my properties which would give me enough cash to kick start my development journey, but this is not my strategy (buy & hold is my strategy) plus I still require an income. I’m looking for advise on what qualifications would be best suited to secured employment with a property development firm where I would start at the bottom but have a career path within the company? Or what training & courses have helped self made developers? I was thinking about doing a project management course? Any advice is much appreciated. Cheers Sam
