Looking for a Motel operation knowledgable accountant

Hi, we are in the process of purchasing the lease of a motel in Forbes NSW. Are there any ‘motel operation knowledgeable’ accountants in the area? We are looking for someone who can help set us up from the start to maximise our tax position from day 1 onwards. Ideally we would like to be able to meet and put a face to the this person.
