Hi all – I am based on NSW and buying a property in Slacks Creek QLD and have been advised that I need a QLD conveyencer to review and facilitate the process. Can someone please send me a recommendation and contact of a good QLD conveyencer who can quickly review my contract? Grateful for all your help.

    Kind regards,

Quite a few clients use their services for Queensland purchases – from the broking side I’ve found them to be diligent and professional in their approach.

I have used Qld Law Group several times – based in Springwood. Very happy with them.

Kirsty is very knowledgeable and decisive – did one for me just a month or so back. Conveyancing charge is $550 which seems to be pretty normal.

Darryl Richards who is a forum member owns Certus and you can’t far wrong there as all of his conveyancing staff are Solicitors and not just legal clerks.

Leonnie at CSM knows the industry inside out and has been in Beenleigh for 20 years +

For a Contract review i would use Certus every time.

Zoe Brereton at Brereton Lawyers, Burleigh Waters on the Gold Coast. They are Property & Business lawyers and conveyancers. Very experienced dealing with business acquisitions, residential and commercial property. The firm offers a fixed fee for residential conveyancing, are quick, reliable and keep you fully informed of what’s happening. They can cater for NSW conveyancing too.

I used Danielle from Stone Group Lawyers for my conveyance in Queensland and they did a great job. They are located on the Gold Coast so do NSW conveyances too (being so close to the border).

One of those important details when looking for solicitors (and often overlooked) is finding one you are comfortable with. On paper, solicitors can tick all the right boxes, but when it comes to communication and being compassionate toward your situation it is difficult to gauge.

Gold Coast lawyers – KMB Legal law firm in QLD will assist you in a range of matters. Experienced Solicitors, – Affordable – High Success Rate
