Hi all – I am based on NSW and buying a property in Slacks Creek QLD and have been advised that I need a QLD conveyencer to review and facilitate the process. Can someone please send me a recommendation and contact of a good QLD conveyencer who can quickly review my contract? Grateful for all your help.

http://www.abkj.com.au/contact-us.html on gold coast are excellent but not cheap. Ask for Vivien Foote (conveyancing manager) tell her Matt sent you (I get no commissions just like to create a happy lawyer, never know when I might need one!)
cheaper options that are fairly reliable in Beenleigh include http://www.yellowpages.com.au/qld/beenleigh/csm-conveyancing-12157528-listing.html

Quite a few clients use their services for Queensland purchases – from the broking side I’ve found them to be diligent and professional in their approach.BennyModerator@bennyJoin Date: 2002Post Count: 1,366
I have used Qld Law Group several times – based in Springwood. Very happy with them.
Kirsty is very knowledgeable and decisive – did one for me just a month or so back. Conveyancing charge is $550 which seems to be pretty normal.

Darryl Richards who is a forum member owns Certus and you can’t far wrong there as all of his conveyancing staff are Solicitors and not just legal clerks.
Leonnie at CSM knows the industry inside out and has been in Beenleigh for 20 years +
For a Contract review i would use Certus every time.
