    Gday Everyone,

I was hoping someone could help me. I am about to submit 3 offers on a property, using Steve’s methodology of ‘either price or terms, not both’.

My final offer is an extended settlement in which I want early access (and permission) to renovate, but I would also like to secure a tenant after the reno is complete but before settlement (to onsell a positive cashflow property). I am at a loss as to how to word this in my offer.

Also, who collects the rent? Surely it wouldn’t be me, it’s not my house legally!

I guess another way to pose this question is to just ask ‘How does everyone prefer to word their written offers?’

    Thank you in advance

    Shayne

    Hey Shayne

Just let your solicitor know what you’d like to do and they’ll word it for you.

When you’re requesting early access for renos – you really need to go via the correct channels.

    Cheers

    Jamie
