    Hi all,
I was hoping any forum members could provide any thoughts on WCS Group. They are a group that other adivce / finanical planning etc. specifically focused on how to cut years off your mortgage.
I have heard them advertised on the radio and have looked at their website, but I’m not sure whether they will be able to tell me anything I don’t know.

Anyone with any experience (cost, expertise etc.) with them would be great to hear from.
    Thanks in advance

    Never heard of them.

If you want to shave years of your mortgage – live frugally and make extra repayments :-)

    Cheers

    Thanks Jamie,

It is a fairly simply equation isn’t it, which is why I don’t think there is much they could tell me that is not very obviously or something I don’t already know!

Having said that – it is important to have the right structure in place to optimise your money. For instance, if you have multiple properties – set up IP as interest only, link an offset to a PPOR loan, ect.

I am sure they either charge for their wonderful magic service or have something they sell you along the way.

There are many ways to reduce your non tax deductible debt but buying over priced new property thru a marketing firm or refinancing to a line of credit etc are not recommended.

    Cheers

Thanks Richards, I think you could be spot on about them trying to sell something!

    Cheers
