I’m looking for an independant Finance adviser/planner & Loan broker around PERTH, specialised in proprety investment and not linked in any sorts with developper or builder.

Do you need face to face contact? If not – you can choose a broker from anywhere.

David there are a heap of brokers on this Forum including Jamie who posted above. Try by giving Jamie a call to talk about Finance and then determine whether you need to see a planner….plenty of info here for you to come to a decision on a property

Hi David
Big difference between a loan adviser or mortgage broker / financial planner so make sure you don’t mix up the 2 roles.
Some of us are also Financial Planners but in the main they perform different functions.
Probably need to see a Financial Planner face to face but not so a loan adviser / mortgage broker.
