    Hi -I currently have a property in Fort Myers and have been looking at the Tampa and Port Richie areas for investing.

    Does anyone have any knowledge or good counsel on which areas are best to buy in in the Tampa area?

    Also, any ideas as to why a lot of properties in Port Richie are only 2 bedrooms?

    Appreciate any guidance.

    Hi Nigel – yes I did have a look at Orlando properties.

    A friend has just bought up in Port Richie as prices and returns aren’t bad, but as I looked around Tampa looked far more attractive.

    So I am just trying now to figure which is the better suburb in Tampa.
