I just wanted to create a link for people to recommend top Trades and Services they have received.
The last few months I have been using a Landscape Gardener called Rob Anderson from Stand Sure 0417 609 350. He services both Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
The guy takes service to the next level. He is reliable, knowledgable, fast, does an exceptional job, a top-bloke and most importantly VALUE for money. Literally will not leave a leaf on the ground after pruning a hedge. I think he is a little OCD!
We recently employed him to quote some landscaping for our new property. I just received his proposal yesterday, a one page written essay that details all his ideas. Absolutely amazing and I think anyone out there who is having issues with their current gardener needs to give him a call pronto.
Another English man that has relocated to Australia. I know forum members are a little partial to pommies!
He has no idea I have written this and have done so purely because I was so impressed with his work. I think it is an injustice people continue to use tradies that really take no pride in their work.

My family were 10 pound poms. In general most are honest hard working people. Plus they love a sea change. Saw your portfolio suburb list on somersoft Richard. I was wondering why you haven’t ventured further into the coastal areas to diversify?

Subsequently we have developed a number of properties away from Brisbane.
