    Hi guys

    do you think Berwick & Narre Warren would be a good place to buy a first home and get capital growth?

    The housing development is quite established there now, I know its not ideal back when that was all going on but now most of that has finished in that area and seems to be moving further out to pakenham etc

    what are your thoughts, why, why not?

    I have to agree, just spoke to a friend of mine and allot of people have built down pakanhem and cranbourne.

    Berwick is a growing area, I have private messages you some thoughts
