A quick question to all on the forum. Has anyone heard of Certus Property, Developing Wealth Through Property?
I was cold emailed, then on me asking who they were before answering their questions they called me. Sounded like a call centre from America given the accent on the woman chatting to me, plus the slight delay in the communication. Website looks good and its an Aussie group.
Any thoughts?

I agree. If what they have to offer is that good they would have no need to be cold calling.
We have never cold called a client in our lives as all our property sourcing business is from client referral.
Be afraid be very afraid and don’t part with your credit card details.

I had a call from Minnesota,USA last week. Got told I won the Microsoft raffle, (I was automatically entered somehow) prize money $2m US. Just need credit card details to secure prize…..
