    Looking for an Accountant who is Investment Property savvy as well as being a Company and Trust account expert.???????

    Southern Highlands, Sydney or Central Coast areas of NSW.

    Terry W is an expert on trusts.

    Nick Moustacs (accountant) from Strategic Wealth Management is supposed to be pretty good.

    I’ll add a +1 for Nick Moustacas.

    I have used him previously and he was on top of everything, and a pleasure to deal with. I suspect he would still be in Hurstville, but a quick check of “Strategic Wealth Management” website would affirm that,

    Hi all,
    Did you have any luck Ben?? I am also looking for an accountant the same as you but in Brisbane. Although I’m assuming they would not necessarily have to be located in the same state as you, just have to be aware of your states taxes etc.. Having said that, if anyone can recommend an accountant with IP portfolio themselves, and good at structuring (i.e.. trust accounts etched) would be really happy for a recommendation, thanks!!!!
