I’m tired of apartment living. However, like most people I cannot afford to buy a free-standing house within 5-20km radius of Melbourne CBD. Therefore, I was toying with an idea and thought I’d put it out there to see what comes back.
My idea is to work with someone that already owns a property with a self-contained cabin/granny-flat on title but is willing to potentially share the costs to subdivide the land (fencing and separate titles) and sell the cabin/granny-flat to me.
If this is of interest to anyone that lives within 5-20km of Melbourne CBD , please let me know.
