    Hi all,

      One of the offers that appeared in my Inbox was this one :-

    4.80% 3 Year Fixed Rate. 0.42% below the 4 Major Banks.

    I've never heard of this group before….  but the 100% Offset against Fixed sounds like it could be useful.

    Hi Benny,

    There are few lenders offering offset account along with fixed interest rates. This allows you to lower your total interest paid reduce at the same time it is great as it allows you deduct full interest you might have paid if there was no offset account. Best is you can use you offset money at any time to invest in another investment loan.

    Benny yes there are a few lenders offering fixed rate loans with 100% offset.

    One in particular offers a credit card at home loan rates over and above their standard lvr.
