    Hi all.

    A few months ago I found a thread here about subdividing that mentioned a company in Melbourne that handles all of the planning permits/application for subdivision for a set fee of around $20k (this includes all of the permit costs etc and for no fee if approval doesn't happen).

    I recall the thread being quite favorable to this company… But now can't find it anywhere!!!

    I have a property in Geelong that I'm looking to bulldoze and build 2 units on and since I haven't done this before, I thought that using this company would be a good option.

    If someone could point me their way, I'd really appreciate it.

    This model seems flawed to me. You may end up with a town planning permit which doesn't utilise your block to its highest and best use as there is no incentive to push the boundaries.
