Given the current conditions and what I am seeing I was wondering how many people are taking this opportunity to sell down equity portfolios (not geared) and gear into property. Are people really bullish on bricks and mortar right now either inside or outside SMSF over and above blue chip portfolio's. Anyone want to share their formula or the way they are doing it any how aggressively they are gearing.
