Hey,
I am using mostly sub-contractors for my projects atm and have a staff member available to do some work at cost price.
Better busy than not.
If you have some work needed done asap, he is available for work.
Painting is his specialty tho he is good at basic demolition and handy man work as well. I'll supply him with tools.

*Edit* Location Sydney. He lives in Ryde. Can travel, somewhere with half decent public transport preferable tho arrangements can be made.

LOL, he may enjoy the free holiday.
Sydney, somewhere near public transport preferably. If it is convenient for me to drop him off I can do that, i'll charge mates rates to do it tho, haha.
