    My property search in Brisbane narrowed down to now 2 properties one in MG and the other one in Alderley.

    Both are

    1) Approved for LMR.

    2) MG more than 600m2 & Alderley is 800.

    3)MG house is far more solid than Alderley's

    4) Price range is same for both.

    5) Though excellent bus transport for MG but no train, Alderley train is walkable.

    With above features, guys who knows both suburbs could you please let me know which one makes better value for money.

    Alderley it is, signed contract for Alderley property.

    Yes we bought a cracker of a property for a client only this week in Annerley on the 'right' side of Ipswich Road.
