We have actioned a full site evaluation for the development of a data centre, the cost is incurred by the JV partner, this process covers evey acpect of what is required to build such a project and provides a full cost breakdown to move to the next stage and build out this project.

The evaluation can take upt to 8 months but we are confidant with the suitability of the site we should know at the least the primillary data within five months.

I have more meetings scheduled for December and Feburary and I hope to update you at the end of Feburary with some more solid news.

Hi,

I’m very late to this site but wondering if you’ve heard any more from Jason Simpson- I got an email this week stating he is giving up as can’t get the JV partner to commit funds for a feasibility study for the data processing center and that he’ll contact his US based Attorney in the next couple of weeks and realistically we could maybe get a 40% return of our investment.

I purchased 2 shares in the initial project and I beleive other investors have received reimbursement of their investment and I’m one of the ones that trusted him and are now getting screwed. Just wondering how many there are of us and if anyone else is looking at legal options.

I didn’t get the November update either nor the email stating he’s giving up.

If someone could post the email here, that would be great.

Jason, if you’re reading this, you shouldn’t give up.

Data centres and energy are huge and only going to become more huge in the future. Crazy demand with AI.

The end of the tunnel could be near.

I lament that I trusted Jason instead of just buying Bitcoin 14 years ago.

I think even 40% back is a long shot.
