    Hi guys,

    Thanks again to those who regularly help out. Really appreciate reading and learning about what you guys have to say.

    I'm looking at getting a first investment property very soon and seeking someone with experience in property investing that I could take out for a coffee and pick their brain on getting started and what they have learnt from experience. Maybe a forum member would be good, or even if someone can recommend a professional in the area of Newcastle or Central coast region. Even someone with only one IP would be great, that's 1 more that I have at the moment.

    Hi Sampson,

    I did a similar thing with Alan Fox from Propertunity. He was very helpful however he is very time-poor so you may struggle to catch him. Worth a shot regardless :)

    Not to sure if where a match Sampson,

    I've spent the last 4-5 years living off Passive Income while traveling Europe/Asia/Middle East.

    Now 32. Working fulltime in Personal Development & Investing.

    There are plenty of people here though that earn / make / made much more financial wealth than I have.

    Great idea asking here, and please feel welcome in this PropertyInvesting Forum.

    Alan is a great guy but runs a full time Buyers Agency out of Gosford.

    Not sure whether he would have much time up his sleeve to offer free mentoring.

    I will be down in Merewether in the next month or two so if the times match up be more than happy to sit down over coffee.
