    My fellow investors… I'm considering using property sourcers for my next investment…. please assist by answering the questions below … much appreciated.

    1) When are you most likely to use a property sourcer?

    2) What attributes do you look for before committing to working with a sourcer?

    3) When are you most likely to use a property sourcer?

    4) From previous experience what has been the best feature of the sourcing service?

    5) In which areas do you find most sourcers incompetent?

    What is a "property sourcer"?

    Like a buyers agent?
