    Hi all,

I am looking to increase my learning time by getting hold of some podcasts or mp3's that I can put on the phone and listen to while I am driving around.  Does anyone know a good source for these?

The problem I have where I work is that I am out of internet signal a lot of the time and can't watch you tube video's because I have to use my own phone data for watching them and I only have 1.5G a month.  I am able to download MP3's using the company internet so that's they way for me to learn.   Reading is tiring and I cant do it while I drive.

You could convert some youtube clips into mp3 files. Just find some property investment shows that you like and convert them.

    Cheers

Thats really the problem Jamie.  Where I am I cant watch you tube because I will chew through the data on my phone really quickly.  I can get MP3's on the company laptop using their internet but I could use some advise where to find some good stuff.

http://www.audible.com has some good books on real estate, investing and most importantly mindset.

First download free then various subscriptions to choose from.

Cant find any Aussie stuff but still worth a look imo.

Ryan Mclean has a great 5 part audio series: cashflow positive real estate investing.

I've had a listen and can recommend it. I think there is 15 odd downloadable MP3′s on sourcing cashflow positive IP's.

Thanks i-smsf for the recommend :)

I have a podcast called Positive CashFlow Australia. There is about 15 mp3's up there now (ranging from 5-20 minutes) but the idea is that every single blog post we create will also be turned into a YouTube video AND a podcast.

just search for "positive cashflow Australia" in iTunes.

there is also "CashFlow investor" which is my old one and you can listen to those too (audio quality not the best, but bearable)

If you don't have iTunes I should be on Sticher Radio soon or you can stream the MP3's directly from the site http://positivecashflowaustralia.com.au/blog

    hope that helps

Thanks everyone for your tips.  I have listened to Rich Dad Poor Dad, Rich dads cash flow quadrant, Rich dads guide to investing and I am now  half way through Napoleon Hills " In his own words" and I have Think and Grow Rich lined up.  I discovered Anthony Robbins nearly ten years ago and have been continuously using his audio tapes and videos since I found them so now I am looking to narrow down to property rather than general mindset stuff although I strongly reccomend these too for looking at how to stay focused and understand your emotions better so you don't make decisions you regret by not understanding your emotions and think things through, also to keep you going when youa re dispondent etc.

I found out today that if you get a podcast app on the ipod you can get loads of free podcasts on there so although I cant use the company wifi to save costs I at least can get something which is not video based freely.

Ryan Mclean, well done on your recordings. I'm getting into your site now, good landing page.

Paterson, I do NLP, Coaching, Mindset Training. Generally for installing beliefs, values, concepts of Investors for non-Investors.

The Tony Robbin's and Mindset thing you mentioned is what I most strongly advocate/teach for people to do/use/achieve first. And then focus on how to achieve what they really want. This sounds like what you have described. Very well done. I'm sure your already feeling the oncoming success.

I could dropbox you a few recordings on Property Investing. I am up for helping any Property Investor Members with Mindset training recordings/webcasts and basic or Intro consultations. Clients are finding my services through referrals so I'm more than happy to pay it forward here.

    Hi Ariann

I’m saving like crazy at the moment for a deposit so I’m not ready to pay for anything but I don’t think that’s what you are saying. I’d like to hear anything you have to say which would help me. I can highly recommend napoleon hill audio from audible.

I am currently downloading about 30 hours of podcasts using an ipod app for free called rssradio. Not listened to anything from it yet as I’m still getting through the Napoleon hill audio.

I’m not overly familiar with dropbox yet. I have an account but I’ve not had the reason to use it as yet.
