    I am looking to obtain a valuation on a commercial property for settlement. Does anyone have any recommendations?

    Sorry, I should have looked at the title of the thread, not just the post. Chris Smirnakos at Landmark White is very good. If you want a report that will be acceptable to almost any lender then use Charter Keck Kramer, not sure who does their retail property vals.

    Hi guys, how fitting was going to start a thread on this. 

    We are looking for a commercial property valuer in the Mansfield/ Eildon region.  Any recommendations for a local reputable and cost effective valuer would be great,
