Has anyone had any dealings with a company called Market First? They are selling options for property with  settlement 8-10 years down the track.

You buy the land at "todays"price and you can flip it at any time for a profit assuming the land increases in value. The options sell for around $40k so

you have to factor in that cost. The developments are all meant to be "branded" meaning all architecturally designed.

Nope, can't say I've heard of them.

The name of the guy that drives the whole concept is Rowan Burn.

Don't tell me they are working out of Melbourne and promoting taking an option over long term land subdivisions.

Walk away and save your money.

    Cheers

Yes that is what they are doing.

I have already decided not to go ahead with it.Too many variables, things that could go wrong.

The blocks are small and the whole concept is sold on the premise of it being a "branded"

    development.

    Thanks for your comments 007..
