Just wondering what people's thoughts are on Wodonga for an IP? Has anyone brought a property there? If so would like to hear from you and your reasons for heading out that way – if that's ok!

Nothing really wrong with Wodonga in fact i was there earlier in the year looking at some properties for some clients.
Certainly like ever suburb there are good and bad areas / streets but avoid Lavington and the new estates and you can't go too far wrong.

What's wrong with Lavington lol its a great place I've made some money there
. Carlito- Albury was on Terry Ryders list for his hotspotting company at the start of the year. From memory the general area so Albury/Wodonga had a lot of minor infrastructure projects in the pipeline over the coming years. DK not saying money can't be made but it is not an area loved by the mortgage insurers.
