Has anyone completed Dominique Grubisa’s property foreclosure course and started applying her strategy?
If so, I’d love to hear:
1) How frequently, in your experience, do deals “come around” after using her software?
2) Have you actually been able to consistently find properties to purchase 10 – 40% below market value?
3) How time consuming is it to initiate and complete a single deal?
4) Is this strategy likely to be manageable for someone with a full-time job?
5) In hindsight, would you recommend this strategy to someone else?

I've seen her DVD, from what I can gather, your better off saving your cash and just hunt down state trustee/mortgagee sales. Alternatively you can always suss out the court listings yourself and track down the individuals involved in the proceeding's.
