    Hi everyone,

I’ve recently launched my first magazine (see attached) and we’re planning the content for our next edition – what do you think Australian readers (particularly from Melbourne) are interested in hearing about?

Dovetail Magazine + Australian Property Investor Magazine Feature

I would appreciate your thoughts and feedback,

Whether to fix rates  -seems to be a question I'm frequently asked at the moment.

OTP plan purchases in Melbourne – the pros/cons.

The Sydney market being on the boil – it's heating up quite fast. Properties being snapped up quickly.

That's a few off the top of the noggin.

    Cheers

    Jamie

8 pages of mostly superficial advertorials. It's not a magazine it's a junk mail flyer amongst a sea of similar junk mail.

Some further topics that I would want to read:

    – How to assess landlord insurance

    – Property mobile app of the month (something different than just your run-of-the mill apps).

    – Where the Federal and State infrastructure $ are going

And just in general be clear on downside risks in all of your articles. I think property successes gets trumped far too much, and it would be good to read about people who are burnt and lessons learned.

We have watched so many Australian investors come to our market in metro Atlanta and get crushed so maybe an indepth article on the pro's and con's of investing abroad.  Maybe something that followed investors in different "favorite" markets like:  phoenix, atlanta, st. louis, detroit or memphis.
