Flemington Vic – Need GOOD Property Manager

Hi, I'm looking for a good PM for a property I own in Flemington Vic. I have used 3 so far and they change the PM Managers nearly every 3 months. We are sick of dealing with different PM every week. We are looking for someone who has been in the one office for a long time and has experience. Thanks in advance for your help.
