    Hi Guys,

Does anyone haveuse a vendor finance calculator? I have seen a few good ones online at ridiculous prices (over 1K). I'm not looking for anything fancy. Just something that crunches the numbers and gives me an idea on the profit I could make if I buy at X price and sell at Y price with Z interest and so forth. I'm willing to pay (but nothing ridiculous).

    Cheers

We have used Excel on our VF deals since 1996 and never had an issue.

At our peak our Company First Home Owners Group Pty Ltd had 180 properties and never had a problem with Excel.

Save your money and put it into the next deal.

    Cheers

Is it possible to grab the excel document you used? Or even just grab a screenshot of the fields you calculated? I thought of excel as an alternative. Thanks for the advice

Sorry don't want to appear unfriendly but that is intellectual information and like the Contract we use wouldn't be releasing it in the marketplace.
