    HoyHoy,

I've developed a 'Margaret Lomas, 20 Must Ask Questions-esque'  style of area research,

and the stage I'm at is concerning vacancy rates.

Due to the research being nation wide, it would be impractical for me to ring up that number of

    agencies/property managers.

What I need is an awesome website, or list of websites that I'll be able to extract this data from.

I've had a 'boy look', but haven't found any obvious sites.

How do you guys go about getting this data?

    Thousand thanks,

    Seb

Just found a no brainer, SQM Research. Feel like quite the dingus.

Can you guys think of any others?

    Hi Seb

You can get vacancy rate data from any of the national IP magazines. Most of it is featured in the back of the mags.

    Cheers

    Jamie
