    Hi,

I'm after general advice. I currently have 2 registered flats in Brisbane on 600sqm of low density residential land. Next door is a block of units. My property is a brick box purpose built as 2 flats.

Would I be allowed to demolish and replace with a pair of duplexes?

    thanks for any tips

    Hi Graham

I think this might be the domain of Darryl Richards who's a regular on this forum is based up your way – https://www.propertyinvesting.com/user/rpi

He might be able to provide some advice.

    Cheers

    Jamie

    Hi

    Cheers Jamie

At the moment Dual Occupancy is not really a reality in Brisbane.  Under the new City Plan it will be, or at least that is what the draft says now.  If you are happy to PM me the address then I will respond through here sans identifying info so others can see.
