Is there any property networks in Frankston or Mornington area's that any one is aware of, or people that would like to meet up. I've invested in property for about 20 years, from buy and hold to block of 8 unit renovation. Borrowing money from the banks and Private funds to investing in Short term finance in first and second mortgages at 10-15%pa. I've done it by my self and also in JV's. JV's not only spread the risk but you gain a lot from having a JV partner due to the experience's that the JV brings to the table.
it's my first time on so I hope this is the place to start a property network. I'd love to hear from interested people.
