    Hi 

    I am setting up a new local property forum to meet up once a month so that we can chat about our property experiences / opportunities.

    We have some people from the building / development world but this is very specifically a general discussion group and we will hopefully get some specialist guest speakers as well.

    What will be the setup?

    Pay a fee per meeting? or for guest speakers?  Do you have any suburb or area in mind?

    Have you put it on meetup.com?  That's a good way to get members.
