Are there any recommendations for a good buyer's agent to find properties in WA? I've done a search on this site but can't find any recent posts.

I have just used Property Wizards. The property is under contract and due to settle 1st August, 2013. Engaged in April and it took a while as I was fairly specific with what I wanted and the area I was looking at was "hot". They did the due diligence on my preferred suburbs prior to looking, found the desirable areas within those suburbs, and once they started looking, came to me with only with houses they deemed suitable and fitted my criteria.
Price wise, they were not the cheapest or the most expensive – I obtained 3 quotes.
They have been extremely professional in all dealings and even though the sale isnt quite over the line yet, I recommend them highly.
