    Hi All,

I am investigationing some options on the Bathurst area for CF positive properties. Is there a Buyers Agent that is well versed on the area here on the forums, as I am from Adelaide? I'd love to have a chat about thoughts and options.

I look forward to hearing from someone/everyone soon.

    Regards,

    Mikal

    Hi Mika

JacM (Jacqui) who is a long time forum contributor to the forum is an experienced Buyer Agents.

She is not based in Bathurst but i know she covers Vic and NSW.

Shoot her a PM and i am sure she can help you.

To be honest we have been avoiding Bathurst for our clients due to some of the valuations that are coming in as we find there are better areas for cash flow investment.

    Cheers

Is there a reason why you are investigating Bathurst specifically, or are you looking for CF+ properties in general??

I am looking for CF+ properties more so than just in Bathurst. I know Bathurst a bit as I have family there but am open to other areas to look at. Its knowing where to start really that is the hard part. Choosing a location. The actual research part is easy then. A case of you don't know what you don't know.

    Thanks for the comments.

Well as say JacM does it for a living so worth touching base with her.

Course the information and years of research she has up her sleeve is intellectua property so she is not going to give it to you on a plate.

Same as anything you can do it yourself or you can engage a Buyers Agent to do it for you.

Must admit i have to disagree. I spend a lot hours researching areas i put my clients into and couldn't do it on the odd weekend or there.

    Cheers

Ah ok. I understand now. My meaning of what I said there was its "easy" because I like doing it. That's all. I know a lot goes into it for sure.

    Cheers for the comments mate.
